Lasagna
One food that I really like is lasagna.
Lasagna is a typical dish of Italian cuisine that is made from thin sheets of pasta that are filled with meat (although I eat it without meat), tomato, vegetables, onions and are usually cooked with olive oil. In any case, it is an easy to cook and very nutritious dish.
To cook it, you have to prepare the ingredients. In my case vegetables (like mushooms, I like coocked corn too, aggplant, basil, anyways, the vegetables that your most like), bolognese sauce, cheese, tomato, and the sheets of pasta. The ingredients are integrated in a tray, applying them layer by layer. When this is ready, you take the lasagna in the oven for 15 minutes (approximatly, depends on the oven) at 180º C and for 3-5 minutes on top with the grill on to brown.
I love lasagna because it creates a warm atmosphere for me and brings back good memories. My grandmother cooked the best lasagna I've ever eaten, and I always remember her when I eat lasagna. Besides, Italian food and pasta in general, I like them a lot.
I don't think it's advisable to always eat lasagna as it could have excess carbohydrate, however, from time to time, for a special occasion, lasagna is really appetizing, and anyway it is still nutritious. Also depending on how you prepare it, it can be healthier.
